First Watch, part of a chain from Bradenton, Fla., bills itself as a "daytime cafe" open only for breakfast and lunch. The breakfast menu features omelets, pancakes, a version of chimichangas called "chickichangas" and potato-based skillet concoctions with eggs and cheese. The lunch menu is salads and sandwiches.
