We suspected something was wrong when our food came out in 5 minutes. Never a good sign when things that should take 15-20 minutes comes out that quickly. The food was bland and tasted cheap. Go for drinks but not food.
Yummy dark chocolate truffle dessert- rich enough to share. Great atmosphere: decor, colors, lighting, great staircase, comfy pillows on bench seats- all great! Different levels and intimate seating options are really nice. Excellent live Spanish flamenco guitar and singing. But how about the food you ask?! Well- not great. Do not be suckered into trying the 'famous Spanish meatballs' - they're worse than cafeteria style. The Seafood Fritura Mixta, while tender portions of calamari, scallops and shrimp, was so salty it was a big disappointment. The mini version of the Chicken Paella we hoped would entice us to return for the 'Paella for 2'- instead it was just an embarassment for the chef with only 2 overcooked miniscule pieces of chicken.
