The Buzz: This international Italian pizza chain, originated in Italy with thriving locations throughout South America. Colored Murano glass sconces and bright chandeliers decorate the industrial space. The restaurant's motto is "Famosi per la pizza." All pizzas are baked in the giant red wood-burning oven in back.

On Your Plate: With over 50 different thin crust pizza combinations, the pie's the limit. Choose the Moderna with fresh arugula and shaved Parmesan or the Sao Paulo with mozzarella and Brazilian catupiry cheese. The pillowy gnocchi is house-made and salads are refreshingly light. Wash down a pizza with a scrumptious Brazilian caipirinha.

Nice to Know: The ingredients are rumored to be imported each week from Italy and you'll believe it with the creamy mozzarella. The restaurant is open until 11 p.m. on weeknights and 1 a.m. on weekends.

Price Points: You'll pay for the quality, but prices are not astronomical. Pizzas cost around $15 and a glass of wine will set you back $7.

Better Experience than 2Amys

My husband and I fell in love with the food and found the atmosphere to be much more tolerable than our other fav 2 Amys. The service is consistently prompt and friendly and I look forward to each trip!

Wood fired pizza, cooked to order, and served piping hot. The classics are wonderful (friends of mine enjoy the spicy salami and the chicken pizzas, but I like the sausage). If you are sick of the same ol' same ol' pizza, venture out to the more unique choices such as the catupiry cheese or brie & beef carpaccio pizza. I haven't had a pizza that I don't like here and there are MANY to choose from. Great place to go for lunch with friends or co-workers. However, get there early. The place is often crowded which translates into slow service. Also, people are turned off by the freakishly small, "old fashioned" sized soda glasses.
