Will's Pizza Made Better
I was a huge fan of Will's flatbread "pizza" when he was chef at The Evening Star Cafe so when I heard he was the new chef at Orso, I had to try it. By golly, his pizza (which I order every time I go there) rivals any Neopolitan pizza I've ever had! I've read all the other rave reviews on the joint nodding in agreement. I'm wondering why this critic is almost in opposition to every other reviewer. I've sent countless people to Pizzeria Orso in only a few months since Chef Artley has been there and everyone comes back talking of the best pizza they ever had. Scratching head on the Post review here. At any rate, I also highly recommend the lemon donuts for desert crowned with chocolate mousse cream! Is your mouth watering? Try it!
