The Dupont outpost of Raku sorely misses the vibrant presence of chef Masaru Homma, a stape at the Bethesda location. The restaurant features a dramatic interior and a long menu of Pan-Asian dishes. The noodles, dumplings and salads are popular. The owner spent several months traveling throughout Southeast Asia before developing the recipes. Food is served quickly, so this is a good spot for those looking to squeeze in dinner before a movie down the street.
