With wood paneling and ceiling beams, the Game, in the original Hell-Burger space, is a departure for Landrum. On the menu: burgers made from venison, bar, elk and duck. And, if all goes according to his plan, there will be house-cut fries cooked in duck fat. Dinner only. Slated to open in March.
