Originally conceived as a wine bar, the Glass is now set to be something far more ambitious. There will be private dining rooms, and most of the tables will require reservations. Diners will choose from a series of multi-course tasting menus starting at $45 a head and wine pairings. A la carte dishes and wines by the glass will be available in a small lounge. Dinner only. Slated to open in April.
