The Penn Quarter shop pairs the diminutive treats with decadent hot chocolate.
Went there this afternoon to try the featured cupcake (pumpkin with pumpkin cream cheese frosting). In the middle of placing my order, the cashier took a phone call before ringing me up, and continued to talk with the customer on the telephone as opposed to putting the call on hold. What's even more irritating is that the 2 customers behind me ordered and paid for their cupcakes (a different cashier), before I was able to pay for mine. I'll take my business elsewhere. The cupcake is good though.
