This isn't the place to hold back. Creamed spinach, chocolate cake and signature steaks should fill you up.

Ruth's has the best steaks, but even better are the appetizers and sides. Stuffed Mushrooms and Potatoes Au Gratin. um
I went to Ruth's Chris for Valentine's Day and was disappointed. There were nice touches, like complimentary roses and chocolates, but the steak was not up to the quality I expect. It looked like they crammed a bunch of extra tables in -- we were right next to tables on either side, which sort of ruined any romantic atmosphere. And the table was so wobbly (and the steak knives so dull) that the whole table shook when we tried to cut our steaks. We realized the table was actually a flimsy card table -- not at all what I expect from Ruth's Chris. I don't mind paying $100 for a special-occasion meal, but I mind paying it for an atmosphere and a steak that I could get elsewhere at half the price.
