Steaming bowls of noodle soups and chili oil coated wonton dumplings highlight the Asian-inspired fare.
At a first glance the Super Bowl Noodle House has a well-designed display case at the front showcasing the restaurant's dishes. The dishes ordered were the Spicy Red Curry Noodle Soup, Sichuan spicy noodles, Shanxi pork intestine noodle soup, and a sour/spicy noodle soup w/pork. Every dish lacked flavoring and showed small portions of the promised protein. The soup that came with the noodles was lacking in layers of flavor despite the bright colors. The sour/spicy noodle soup w/pork was purely sour and tasted like it had gone bad; the tiny bits of pork in the soup was insulting. The Curry Noodle Soup was not spicy and w/overcooked shrimp, it failed to impress. This restaurant only succeeded in making us full by causing a loss of appetite.
