Here, tea is treated with the reverence you'd find at a wine tasting. The Cellar isin the process of hiring a new sommelier, but servers are happy to guide patrons through a menu that ranges from humble herbals to rare, decades-old, large-leaf varieties from China. The low armchairs in this contemporary space are perfect for sitting back to appreciate the aroma of the tea served in clear glass pots. Saturday and Sunday, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.; teas $8 to $300 per pot, sandwich and dessert buffet $25 per person.
