My experience at this establishment was easily the worst in recent memory. I wanted a simple meal that was a short distance from the hotel where I was staying and thought that I would give this place a try. I entered at 5:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon into the dining area. It took several minutes before I was acknowledged and another twenty minutes before my chicken soup arrived. The entree was barely warm at best along with the two vegetables when they arrived to my table. The server, while affable, chose to sing along annoyingly to several Neil Diamond tunes that where on the radio in the bar area. I`m sure Mon-Fri this joint does a brisk lunch trade.I will not return at any time. Plenty of other and better choices in this area of DC.

A relic from the days when newsmen were fond of liquid lunches.
