Uni has never failed to deliver excellent sushi. We did, however, notice the staff repeatedly look at masses of plates waiting at the chef's station and then walk away, leaving the food sitting. The sake list is rather limited, and the decor can only be described as Tijuana tacky. But when the food did arrive we were no longer concerned with the trappings and deficient wait staff.
