Nearly a year after releasing their polarizing fourth full-length album, "Reflektor," rock's most bombastic Canadians are finally rolling their arena tour into Washington, and it's a high-art road show that features a house-of-mirrors set design, dancing papier-mache bobbleheads and a pesky fine-print request that concertgoers don formal attire.
