FedEx Field

Editorial Review

The stadium was built with private funds by former team owner Jack Kent Cooke in 1997 (and known previously as Jack Kent Cooke Stadium).

On Redskins game days and for other special events, shuttle service is available to FedEx Field from the Addison Road Metro station on the Blue Line and Landover Metro station on the Orange Line. Shuttle service generally begins two hours prior to the event.

Cash parking lots are available at Capital Centre along McCormick Drive and Apollo Drive off Landover and Lottsford roads. Access is available from the Washington Beltway. Take exit 15A off Route 214 East or exit 17A from Route 202 East. Parking lots open four hours before game time. Periodic traffic updates are available on WJFK 106.7 FM and Sportstalk 980 AM. Regular shuttle buses provide transportation between the parking lots and FedEx Field.
