Our Review

This pool near Foggy Bottom attracts a mixed crowd of in-the-know young professionals, George Washington University students and children. Separate sections accommodate kids and adults (there is a deep end!). And the admission is free, making it a pool you'll return to again and again. But this is one of the citys busiest pools, so bring a chair or risk having to lay on concrete.

The pool does NOT have diving boards but the far pool is deep enough to dive into. Actually 3 pools - first one is a kids pool, 2nd has 2 lanes for lap swimming and third is adult/deep end. If your not in line by 1145 on the weekends your not going to get a lounge chair. Overall good set of pools but old uncomfortable chairs. Parking is hard to come by and mostly metered if you do find one.
