A full service (emphasis on service) department store that has its roots in Seattle. Nordstrom is well known for its men's department and shoes departments and its twice-yearly sales. It carries a selection of brands ranging from staid Ferragamo to trendier, smaller brands like Hype in the shoe department. Conservative women's clothes are offset by its hipper Savvy department featuring Earl jeans among other popular brands.
