Shoe Fly is home to some of the most stylish -- not to mention, affordable -- women's shoes on either side of the Potomac. You'll find Jeffrey Campbell kitten heels, Baci flats, Pony sneakers and classic Havaianas flip-flops for men and women, with most styles priced well under $100.
