Editorial Review

Tony Zelaya has taken his 20 years of experience (as a buyer for Nordstrom and Penny's) in the shoe business and opened his own store catering to the fashion forward, who are more interested in wearing Robert Clergerie, DKNY or Hype than something as generic as Nine West. He carries lots of less-well-known lines, too, in his selection that ranges from $20 flip-flops to $400 boots. "I'm somewhere in between Nordstrom and Neiman's," says Zelaya, of his venture into retail.

Zelaya has carved out a space for his shoes in the back of Daisy Too.
