The theater company of the Greenbelt Arts Center has come a long way since 1980, when it began producing a handful of shows a year. In those days, it performed in Greenbelt's then-moldering Utopia Theatre, an old movie house. Now the Arts Center not only houses its community theater, but also exhibits art and offers classes for budding theatrical performers.
