Commonwealth Orthopaedics has an exciting opportunity for experienced Medical Receptionists with our Fairfax office. The medical receptionist will handle front office responsibilities to include check-in/check-out, receiving phone calls, registering patients, preparing charts, and updating patient records.
He/she will serve as liaison between patients and the clinical staff, and will work toward ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service. Basic qualifications include: H.S. diploma, medical office experience or knowledge of medical terminology and insurance rules is a must. Strong computer skills. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a medical office, be professional, organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
