SocialCode is a full service Facebook agency that is wholly owned by the Washington Post Company. We are helping brands navigate advertising, pages, applications and Facebook connect while quickly becoming a leader in the Facebook advertising space and having a lot of fun. We are expanding rapidly and we want you to be part of the exciting, fast-paced growth of a social media start up!

We are seeking experienced software engineers to help us expand our suite of tools to manage complex advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform.  As a member of our engineering team you will be responsible for building out web based tools in Python and Django that help our account teams to manage, optimize and report on complex Facebook based client ad campaigns. You will gather requirements directly from users and generally help us build tools that will improve our ability to deliver to clients.  If you are interested in a position at the cutting edge of the social networking space, and like the excitement of working at a face paced, rapidly growing company where a competitive compensation package would include an equity position, this might be the perfect place for you.

Required Skills:
* 2+ years experience with Python and Django
* Strong SQL and DB knowledge
* Strong web application development experience
* Strong Linux/Unix experience
* Experience with requirements gathering
* Ability to work effectively and independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:
* MySQL
* Experience with Facebook APIs
* EC2 or other cloud experience
* Strong math skills a plus
