Polaris Project is seeking a Human Resources Fellow to work with the Operations Team to contribute to the important internal work of our growing organization.
The HR function at Polaris Project works in collaboration with the Operations Department and is directly responsible for administration, management, employee benefits and hiring. As an HR Fellow you will gain extensive experience with all essential HR functions as well as an understanding of the internal operations within a non-profit setting. This is a great opportunity for those interested in gaining first-hand experience with the behind-the-scenes operations that act as the backbone of a non-profit organization.
