The primary responsibility of the Recruiter will be to identify qualified candidates for business managers for internal and external clients.
- Coordinate with Staff Augmentation team to provide qualified candidates
- Use intelligent searching techniques to research and identify potential talent
- Innovate new techniques to unearth talent
- Maintain and improve existing database
- One (1+) or more years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or sales
- Strong written and oral comprehension skills
- Interest in/knowledge of Information Technology
- Proficient with Word and search engines
- Reliable, detail oriented, self-starter attitude
- College Degree
- Strong knowledge of Social Media
- Knowledge of internet trends and technology
