OMNISEC International Security Services, Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX, is seeking qualified applicants for  upcoming Cleared American Guard (CAG) positions for nationwide locations.

Job Duties: The duties include, but are not limited to: Assist with the control of personnel access to and from the construction sites.  Ensure security standards in the construction of a facility are met and deter the introduction of technical threats. Will be performing all vehicle and pedestrian access control on a secure construction site 24/7 in an OCONUS environment. These duties will include, but not be limited to, screening all non cleared workers, vehicles, and equipment entering or exiting the site; denying introduction of prohibited materials such as explosives, weapons, electronic devices, or other items as specified by the Accrediting Official (AO) or designee; Conduct random inspections of all site areas to ensure no prohibited materials have been brought on to the site; Monitor any non-cleared Guards provided by the construction company and approved by the AO; and maintain and operate the Secure Storage Area (SSA). Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age;
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen;
  • Must have an H.S. Diploma or GED;
  • This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience in at least one or more of the following areas: Cleared American Guard; Construction Site Security; Physical Security; Government Security; Counterintelligence, Military Security, Investigations, and/or Law Enforcement
  • Must be familiar with Intelligence Community Directive 705.
  • Must be able to read, speak and understand English language fluently;
  • Must be able to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms;
  • Must have impeccable customer service skills.
  • Must be willing to deploy anywhere around the world in support of US Government Projects.

 Other Requirements:

  • Current Secret level security clearance required.
  • Department of State Cleared American Guard Certification (SE-620); Construction Surveillance Technician (SE-630); Security Officer (blue blazer / escort); Law Enforcement training within DoD and/or the IC; and/or the DNI Physical Security Course
  • Must be able to pass all training and obtain required certifications;
  • Must be able to pass security screening interview;
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment physical;
  • Must pass background investigation, including criminal, credit, and/or driving record checks;
  • Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation for required security clearance;
  • Must be meet client suitability.

Question: Does OMNIPLEX have a probationary period?

Answer: Yes, we have a 90-day orientation period for all employees. At the end of each employee's orientation period OMNIPLEX will complete a performance evaluation to communicate any performance concerns or praises to the employee.

Answer: Employees who have completed six (6) months of service and who are at least 21 years of age are eligible to participate in the OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation 401(K) Savings Plan.
