Our services include performing quality inspections prior to the purchaser walking the new home, performing New Home Orientations and managing the entire warranty process. This position will be responsible for performing Quality Inspections and New Home Orientations of newly constructed residential properties (both single family and multi-family projects); including the generation of Punch Lists based on industry standards. The competitive candidate will have experience in the construction/home building/residential customer service/leasing agent arena.

To be considered for this position, candidates MUST demonstrate the following:

  • Strong verbal communication skills...able to effectively communicate with a broad spectrum of individuals and clients 
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new information and processes

  • Complete fluency in spoken and written English
