USA Science and Engineering Festival

Highlights: Whether you’re interested in weather, the stars, the environment or chemistry, there are shows, experiments and exhibits. The hands-on activities include building structures from dominoes and then collapsing them. Or you can climb into a giant display that tries to figure out why dinosaurs became extinct. Also not to be missed: TV’s “MythBusters” Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman explaining their special kind of science.
