A morning mix of entertainment headlines...

Gabriel Aubry, ex of Halle Berry and father of their daughter Nahla, got a restraining order Monday against Berry’s fiance Olivier Martinez after claiming that a Thanksgiving Day brawl between the two men was instigated by the French actor. In court documents, Aubry — who has been involved in a custody battle with Berry about relocating 4-year-old Nahla to France — claimed that Martinez threatened to kill him. Aubry was arrested on Thanksgiving after the altercation and booked for investigation of battery. TMZ reports that the model plans to go to family court Tuesday to request that a judge lift the post-brawl restraining order that’s preventing him from seeing his daughter. (People; TMZ)

Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn Birkhead, is now, like her mother, a Guess model. Except she’s only 6-years-old and, thankfully, the photos of her in Guess apparel are not suggestive. (USA Today)

Angus T. Jones — the young actor who proclaimed in an online video that he no longer wants to be on ”Two and a Half Men” because it’s “filth” — is supposed to show up for a rehearsal this morning, a day after said video circulated online. So that should be a completely uneventful, totally smooth and unawkward read-through. (Associated Press; TMZ)

Having already advocated for the repopularization of parachute pants, Justin Bieber is now attempting to make overalls trendy again. And it’s totally his right to wear them in photos with the Prime Minister of Canada, okay? Because it’s for the cause. (Huffington Post)

Joseph Gordon-Levitt will reportedly play Batman in the eventual “Justice League” movie and, possibly, via a now potentially spoiled cameo appearance in the Superman movie “Man of Steel.” (HitFix)

Alert! Angelina Jolie recently wore a black dress to a movie screening. Remain calm. (Us Weekly)

Finally, “Waterworld” is going to be remade. Possibly. (Forbes via Fark)
