Boye Sofidiya, 29, purchased a pair of 2010 Air Jordan 13 at Kickk Spott in Washington. He said he couldn't find them anywhere else. Kickk Spott is the only ultra-high-end sneaker shop in the area, and the only one that also does consignment.
