Sept. 13, 2013 Joanna Coles, editor in chief of the U.S. edition of Cosmopolitan, has begun making regular visits to Washington in an attempt to bring a new focus on political and policy matters to her magazine’s pages. While Cosmo still carries headlines such as “12 Kinky Quickies” and “The Scary Thing 90% of Men Fantasize About,” recent issues have also included articles about fair compensation, domestic violence and gun control.
