‘The Triple Agent’

In his forthcoming book, “The Triple Agent,” Washington Post reporter Joby Warrick traces the final days of Humam al-Balawi, a Jordanian pediatrician turned spy who was part of an elaborate trap that culminated in the deaths of nine intelligence operatives, including seven Americans, at a CIA base in eastern Afghanistan.
