In this one, 10 celebs — Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Kendra Wilkinson, Keshia Knight Pulliam, etc. — train with diving star Greg Louganis and attempt scary tricks.

FINALE WATCH: The teen mystery drama “Pretty Little Liars” (ABC Family at 8) has taken some dark and disturbing twists, but this season went to a creepier place, complete with Spencer’s meltdown. As the show wraps up Season 3, Spencer tries to tell everyone she’s fine, but her friends are skeptical.

Backdoor pilot alert — CBS tests the water for an “NCIS: Los Angeles” (CBS at 9) spinoff, as John Corbett and Kim Raver guest-star as members of NCIS: Red Team, a mobile team of agents who travel around solving crimes.

RETURNING SHOW: New episodes of “Oprah: Where Are They Now?” (OWN at 10) kick off with a look at how Dennis Rodman, Gennifer Flowers and Nadya Suleman (“Octomom”) are doing.

FINALE WATCH: BET wraps up the first seasons of “Real Husbands of Hollywood” (at 10), as Boris, Duane and their wives double-date, and “Second Generation Wayans” (at 10:30), in which the group meets a potential film investor.

SERIES PREMIERE: Extreme animal specialist John Brennan has made a career of his ability to capture, rescue and relocate dangerous animals, so it’s only natural that he legally changed his name to “UrbanTarzan.” And now, he gets a reality show out of it as “Urban Tarzan” (Spike TV at 10:30) follows him through tricky animal situations.

Actress Jenna Fischer and basketball player Dennis Rodman are on “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” (NBC at 11:35), along with a performance by Black Prairie.

“The Late Show With David Letterman” (CBS at 11:35) hosts actor Bill Cosby, American skier Mikaela Shiffrin and musical guests Garbage.

Actor Gerard Butler stops by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (ABC at 11:35), along with actress Vanessa Hudgens.
