United Airlines offers one-stop flights from Reagan National and Washington Dulles to Belize City, Belize, with early-December fares currently $545 round trip. Maya Island Air and Tropic Air fly to Placencia for about $170 round trip, or you can rent a car to drive the 114 miles.
