Air Canada offers connecting flights from Reagan National and BWI Marshall to Winnipeg, with late-August fares currently starting at $742 round trip. Via Rail runs train service between Winnipeg and Churchill; one-way upper berth from about $307. Calm Air offers flights from $324 one way.
