Woodstock, N.Y., is about 300 miles from Washington. Take Interstate 95/New Jersey Turnpike north to the Garden State Parkway to New Jersey Route 17 north to I-287 north to I-87 north. Take Exit 19 to N.Y. Route 28 west to N.Y. Route 375 north. Turn left at Mill Hill Road, which takes you into town.
Delta and US Airways offer connecting flights from all three Washington area airports to Newburgh, N.Y., which is about 50 miles from Woodstock. Amtrak offers service to Rhinecliff, N.Y., about 18 miles from Woodstock, with fares from $86 one way.
