GETTING THERE

York is about 95 miles from Washington. From the Beltway, take Maryland Route 295 north. Merge onto Interstate 195 west toward Catonsville. Merge onto I-95 north, then take Exit 49B toward Towson onto I-695. Merge onto I-83 north toward Timonium/York, Pa. North of York, take Exit 24 (PA-238) toward Emigsville. Keep left toward Manchester/Weigelstown. Turn left onto Board Road. York Barbell will be on your left.
