Exploring the golden land of Burma

Some of the guilt associated with traveling in the harshly ruled country was lifted in 2011, as a nominally civilian government assumed control and the National League for Democracy lifted its travel boycott. Lucky for travelers, who are starting to return to the beaches, pagodas and sacred sites.
