Joan Anderson of Maurertown, Va., spotted this fitting testament to airport security at Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport in September. “I had become desperately lost driving around in my rental car trying to find the airport,” she writes. “So I arrived at security, breathless and discombobulated.”
Problems with weather and equipment prompted her airline to put her and other passengers on a bus to O’Hare International Airport so that she could make it back to Dulles. Of course, she had to go through security again.
