The restaurants at Revel are divided into three price categories: Signature (the priciest), Select (mid-level, more or less) and Quick (budget priced). Three more restaurants are expected to open in the coming weeks. All restaurants have Web pages at www.revelresorts.com/dining.

Amada

Jose Garces’s Spanish tapas restaurant. Plates $5 to $75.

American Cut by Forgione

Marc Forgione’s modern steakhouse. Entrees $26 to $110.

Azure by Allegretti

Alain Allegretti’s restaurant devoted to fish-heavy Riviera cuisine. Entrees $19 to more than $100.

Central Michel Richard

The Washington chef’s third American-influenced bistro. Entrees $16 to $34.

Lugo Cucina e Vino

LDV Hospitality’s casual Italian eatery. Entrees $14 to $45.

Mussel Bar by Robert Wiedmaier

Entrees $14 to $110.

O Bistro Dining Room

Michel Richard’s hidden eatery serves breakfast fare. Plates $10 to $25.

O Bistro and Wine Bar

Richard’s casual small-plates concept near the indoor-outdoor swimming pool. Entrees $5 to $17.

Village Whiskey

Jose Garces’s casual restaurant features dozens of whiskeys and American bar food. Entrees $8 to $45.

One

A loungy American grill from the New York-based ONE Group. Entrees range from $15 to $38.

Quick

Distrito Cantina

Garces’s tequila bar and taqueria, designed to resemble a food truck, with outdoor picnic tables. Plates $5 to $10.
