Land

The Ritz-Carlton Montreal is celebrating its 100th anniversary with a fourth-night-free offer. A four-night stay, after discount, now starts at about $1,422 (including taxes), a savings of about $474. Available through March 27; some dates are sold out. Info: 800-363-0366, www.ritzmontreal.com.

With Natural Habitat Adventures, book a Secluded Botswana Safari by Dec. 31 and receive a free four-day Cape Town extension. The bonus trip, worth $1,200, includes three nights at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront Hotel, transfers and a full-day peninsula tour. The deal is valid on the June 7, July 7,

For example, the veranda-cabin price for a 10-night cruise from Barcelona to Istanbul departing Sept. 15 starts at $2,932 per person double after the discount. Air

South African Airways is offering sale fares on direct flights — with a short refueling stop in Dakar, Senegal — from Washington Dulles to Johannesburg. Round-trip fare is $985, including taxes, for travel Jan. 15 through March 31. Package

SATA Airlines has package deals to Madeira, the Portuguese island off the coast of North Africa. Package starts at $1,609 per person double, including round-trip airfare from Reagan National to Funchal, Madeira, connecting through Boston; six nights at Baia Azul Hotel; breakfasts; and taxes. JetBlue Getaways is taking 50 percent off the base airfare of packages booked by Dec. 3. Choose from destinations in the United States, the Caribbean and Mexico. For example, a couple pays $1,010, including taxes, for round-trip air from Washington Dulles to San Francisco (typically from $471 per person) and three nights at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites in Fisherman’s Wharf.
