What’s the Deal? This week’s best travel bargains around the globe.

The Sands at Grace Bay, a four-star resort in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, is offering 20 percent off a stay-and-scuba deal, a savings of more than $350. The Deal to Dive For starts at $1,656 per couple and includes four nights in studio courtyard accommodations; two days of two-tank dives, including equipment; and all taxes. The dive provides hotel pick-up and drop-off, lunch and snacks. Travel by April 6. By comparison, the regular hotel rate is $335 per night, and the dives run $340 per person. Stay three times at any Best Western property and earn a voucher for a free night. The deal is valid on three separate visits, not three consecutive nights, though you can stay at the same hotel three times. Stay by April 8, and use your voucher by June 30. To qualify for the promotion, you must be a Best Western Rewards member (free to sign up) and register for the promotion before the first overnight. For example, the nightly rate for two people visiting in mid-April starts at $123 instead of the usual $331; a four-night stay, including taxes, comes to $623. Paul Gauguin Cruises is offering $800 to $2,500 per person off select sailings of its seven-night Tahiti and Society Islands voyages, plus free round-trip air from Los Angeles. For example, a porthole stateroom on the June 23 trip is $3,811 per person double, including taxes; the cost is normally $4,611. Round-trip air from LAX to Papeete, Tahiti, runs about $1,650. Spend a week in Panama for less than a grand per person.
