Fairfax County Police have arrested a man suspected of peeping into about a dozen homes in the Burke area in February and March.

Gerson Villanueva

Gerson Villanueva, 26 of the 10000 block of Burke Lake Road was arrested and charged with being drunk in public on March 24, and matched the description of a man police called a “serial peeper.”

Witnesses identified Villanueva, and last week police charged him with peeping.

Detectives believe Villanueva gave false information about his identity to police and jail officials during his arrest. Investigators then charged him with forgery of a public document and uttering a forged public document, both felonies.
