Hydrangea Dr., 6000 block, 10:21 a.m. Nov. 30. During an incident at his residence, Andy Lun Yun, 32, was bludgeoned to death. A roommate, a 34-year-old man, was charged with murder.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

Lorton Rd. and Tea Table Dr., 7 p.m. Dec. 1. A man groped a teenage pedestrian, then ran away.

ASSAULTS

Abilene and Cimarron streets, 12:40 p.m. Dec. 4. A 17-year-old girl was attacked while walking on a sidewalk.

Backlick Rd., 6200 block, 1:35 a.m. Dec. 1. Two people who had argued with a man inside a store attacked him when he left the premises. He was treated for facial injuries at a hospital.

Gunston Plaza, 7700 block, 7 p.m. Dec. 4. Responding to a report of a disturbance at a residence, police arrested a 28-year-old Lorton man on charges that included assault on a police officer, disarming a police officer and resisting arrest. The arrested man and an officer were taken to a hospital.

Lorton Station Blvd., 8900 block, 11:20 a.m. Nov. 30. A man argued with a bus driver, then punched him and spit on him. The victim was treated for minor injuries.

Stoddard Ct., 6000 block, 11:20 p.m. Dec. 1. A man was stabbed by an acquaintance. A 29-year-old Alexandria woman was charged with malicious wounding. The victim was taken to a hospital.

Woodland Rd., 4000 block, 3:40 a.m. Dec. 2. Responding to a report of a disturbance involving a weapon, police confronted a man who said that he had a knife. After a brief struggle, a 27-year-old Alexandria man was arrested on charges that included assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and public drunkenness.

Frenchmans Dr., 6400 block, 9:40 p.m. Dec. 5. A man opened a car door and began hitting a 24-year-old man sitting in the car. He then took a bottle of prescription narcotics and fled.

Wadsworth Ct., 4100 block, 9:50 p.m. Dec. 1. Four juveniles attacked two youths going to a party. They took glasses and a hoodie from the youths, then fled.

Eighth St. and Lincoln Ave., 6 a.m. Dec. 3. Two men robbed a man sitting in a vehicle of cash and a cellphone at gunpoint.

Leesburg Pike, 7500 block, 8 p.m. Dec. 3. A man pushed a man to the ground and robbed him of a wallet. A 33-year-old Reston man was charged with robbery.

Quander Rd., 6400 block, 10:15 a.m. Nov. 30. A woman reported seeing a man sitting in a car with his pants down around his ankles.

Telegraph Rd. and S. Kings Hwy., 11:14 a.m. Dec. 6. Two women attacked a woman jogging in a park and robbed her of a cellphone and clothing. The victim sustained minor injuries.

Main St., 9600 block, 6:20 p.m. Nov. 28. A man struck a vehicle in a parking lot with his cane. When the motorist got out of the vehicle and confronted him, he grabbed her arm and cursed at her. He then got in a vehicle and drove away.

INDECENT EXPOSURE INCIDENTS

Main St., 10300 block, 3:34 p.m. Dec. 4. A male sitting at a table outside a coffee shop exposed himself to a woman. A 49-year-old Burke man was charged with indecent exposure.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Fairfax Blvd., 9700 block, 10:30 a.m. to 5:21 p.m. Dec. 2. A purse containing cash and a credit card was stolen from a vehicle entered by breaking a window.

Jermantown Rd., 4000 block, 7:45 p.m. Nov. 27. A wallet left behind by a customer was stolen from a store. An attempt was made to make a fraudulent purchase with a credit card in the wallet.

Main St., 9600 block, 11:40 a.m. Nov. 30. A shopping cart containing merchandise was stolen from a grocery store. A male was seen fleeing with the property.

Poplar St., 4000 block, 8 a.m. Dec. 3 to 8:20 a.m. Dec. 4. Copper grounding wire was stolen from two power poles.

Ramona Dr., 4300 block, 2:48 p.m. Nov. 28. Cash was stolen from a wallet in an apartment. An occupant had confronted an intruder inside the premises a few minutes earlier.

Maple Ave. E., 400 block, 1 a.m. Sept. 18 to 10:42 a.m. Nov. 16. Used cooking oil was stolen from a container in an alley behind a restaurant. A padlock to the container was broken to gain access.

Maple Ave. W., 200 block, 3 to 5:48 p.m. Nov. 27. Two credit cards were stolen from a wallet.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Lovers Lane and Short St. NW, 2:58 p.m. Dec. 3. Responding to a report of a vehicle that had been parked on the road for about two weeks, police recovered a vehicle that had been reported stolen in Fairfax County.
