King Village Farm Center area, 4:15 a.m. Nov. 23. A man broke into a residence, then groped an occupant who confronted him. A 26-year-old Rockville man was charged with sexual assault and burglary.

Bethesda Ave., 4700 block, Nov. 21 to 26. Attempts were made to break into three offices in a commercial office building.

International Dr., 3800 block, 9:30 p.m. Nov. 21. A man armed with a weapon robbed a person in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant, then forced the victim to drive him to two bank locations in an attempt to get cash.

Newport Mill Rd., 11100 block, 12:05 p.m. Nov. 21. Two males armed with a weapon robbed a person near a running track at a high school.

Arctic Ave., 14000 block, 10:25 a.m. Nov. 21. A break-in occurred at a residence. Two 14-year-old Rockville males were arrested at the scene.

Robena Way, 400 block, 1:20 to 1:45 a.m. Dec. 3. A 33-year-old man was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon (brass knuckles).

Baltimore Rd., 2000 block, 3 p.m. Nov. 30 to 8:30 a.m. Dec. 2. A tire was stolen from a vehicle.

Elmcroft Blvd., 400 block, 1 to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 30. Cash was stolen from an apartment entered through a back door.

Elmcroft Blvd., 400 block, 1:20 p.m. Nov. 30. An apartment was entered by kicking in a back door. A male intruder fled empty-handed when confronted by an occupant who had just returned to the home.

Elmcroft Sq., 100 block, noon Nov. 1. A video game console, a video game, a memory card, a video camera and a cellphone were stolen from a residence.

Hungerford Dr., 400 block, 2:25 to 2:45 p.m. Nov. 30. A wallet was stolen from a purse in an office. A woman was seen fleeing with the property, along with a female accomplice who is believed to have acted as a lookout.

King Farm Blvd., 400 block, 9:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Dec. 1. Four laptop computers and jewelry were stolen from an apartment entered by prying open the front door.

Lewis Ave., 1600 block, 11:30 p.m. Nov. 30 to 9 a.m. Dec. 1. A Global Positioning System device and a backpack were stolen from a vehicle.

Mannakee St., unit block, 11 a.m. to noon Nov. 28. A cellphone and an iPod were stolen from a college classroom.

Shady Grove Rd., 15000 block, noon to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 30. Two scanning devices were stolen from a doctor’s office.

New Hampshire Ave., 7400 block, 7:51 a.m. Dec. 4. During an argument, a man struck a female acquaintance. A 29-year-old man was arrested.

ROBBERIES

New Hampshire Ave., 6900 block, 11:33 p.m. Dec. 1. A group of 10 males robbed two males at a bus stop at knifepoint. Based on identification provided by the victim’s, two 18-year-old men were arrested a short time later at a bus stop in the 7300 block of New Hampshire Avenue.
