More than 300 trombonists were at Nationals Park to play the familiar tune “76 Trombones” before the baseball game — and set a world record. They made a forceful showing and set the record but the game was called because of severe weather.

They were supposed to open for the Nationals but the baseball game was canceled because of thunderstorms.
