King St., 4300 block, 8:04 p.m. April 28. An attempt was made to steal a motorcycle by punching the ignition.

Lane Dr., 6000 block, 9:38 a.m. May 1. A truck was stolen.

Luna Park Dr., 200 block, 6:52 p.m. April 30. A vehicle was reported stolen.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

Patrick Henry Dr. N., 2100 block, 3:30 p.m. April 30. A woman was sexually assaulted. An Arlington man, 45, was charged with rape.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

Rhodes St. N., 1500 block, 9 a.m. April 26. A man fled after he had exposed himself to a woman outside her window.

WEAPONS

Lang St. S., 9:37 p.m. April 28. A man displayed a BB gun after arguing with a person about a parking space. An Alexandria man, 30, was charged with brandishing a firearm.

ROBBERIES

Hayes St. S., 1100 block, 10:40 a.m. April 25. A man robbed a store of two Rolex watches.

Wilson Blvd. N., 5100 block, 6 a.m. April 30. A man took 14 cartons of cigarettes and ran from a convenience store. A store employee chased him. The thief dropped the bag and fled in a vehicle.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Crystal Dr. S., 2000 block, 9:05 p.m. April 30 to 10:54 a.m. May 1. Cash and two laptop computers were stolen from an office.

Key Blvd. N., 2900 block, 8:42 a.m. April 30. Police officers, investigating a report, found two people in a residence. An Arlington man and a man of no fixed address were charged with burglary.

Quinn St. S., 1000 block, 10:30 a.m. April 26 to 12:20 a.m. April 27. Cash and a laptop computer were stolen from a residence.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Randolph St. S., 3000 block, May 1. A white 2007 Honda motorcycle was stolen.

VANDALISM

31st St., 4200-4500 blocks, 4 to 8:30 a.m. April 28. Windows of several vehicles were smashed, and a car stereo was stolen from one vehicle.
