ROBBERIES

Edison St. N., 1800 block, 1:35 p.m. June 8. A male passenger of a cab refused to pay the fare, then assaulted the 53-year-old cabdriver and took a cellphone.

Jefferson Davis Hwy., 2000 block, 11:30 p.m. June 7. Three men robbed a 22-year-old woman of a purse. One of them dropped his wallet and a cellphone as they were fleeing. Police found two Arlington men, both age 19. The suspects were charged.
