ROBBERIES

Townsend Ave., 200 block, 11:36 p.m. Aug. 7. A man wearing a bandana over his face robbed a pedestrian of cash at gunpoint.

EDGEWATER AREA

ASSAULTS

Londontown Rd., 700 block, 12:22 a.m. Aug. 4. During a dispute in a bar, a man stabbed another man. A Riva man, 64, was arrested on charges that included attempted murder and first- and second-degree assault. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

GLEN BURNIE AREA

ROBBERIES

Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd. and Wellham Ave., 1:31 a.m. Aug. 8. After exchanging remarks with two pedestrians, four people got out of a vehicle, chased down a male and then fled with a book bag. A Mount Airy man, 19, and a Glen Burnie man, 20, were arrested. An investigation was continuing.

Crain Hwy. S., 900 block, 6:06 p.m. Aug. 2. Two males attacked a store employee and fled with cash and computer equipment. The victim was treated for minor injuries.

Hughes Cir., unit block, 6:30 a.m. Aug. 5. Two males forced their way into an occupied residence and fled with cash and other property.

Nolpark Ct. and Crainmont Dr., 10:26 p.m. Aug. 3. A man wearing a ski mask robbed two male teenagers of cash and a cellphone at gunpoint and fled on foot.

LINTHICUM AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Minta Ct., 200 block, 10:06 a.m. Aug. 3. A television was stolen from a residence. Responding to report of a male walking down the street carrying a TV, police arrested a Baltimore man, 19, at a train station. Charges included burglary and
theft.

PASADENA AREA

HOMICIDES

Ritchie Hwy., 8100 block, 2:47 p.m. Aug. 6. The body of a young woman was found in a wooded area. The cause of death was severe bodily trauma. An investigation was continuing.

ROBBERIES

Bay Ridge Ave., 2200 block, 5:30 a.m. Aug. 6. Three males robbed a gas station at gunpoint.

St. John’s St., unit block, 12:01 to 12:15 a.m. Aug. 7. Three males robbed a pedestrian of cash, a cellphone, a gold chain, a skateboard and a baseball cap at gunpoint, then fled on foot. An Annapolis man, 18, was charged with armed robbery, robbery, first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and theft. An Annapolis male, 14, also was arrested. The skateboard was recovered. An investigation was continuing.

ASSAULTS

Bens Dr., unit block, 2:15 a.m. Aug. 4. A man was stabbed in the chest and arm. He was taken to a hospital.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Amberstone Ct., unit block, noon Aug. 5 to 11:30 a.m. Aug. 6. Cash was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
