GAMBRILLS AREA
ASSAULTS

Route 3, 1000 block, 5:04 p.m. March 24. During a fight at a pub, a group of people knocked a man to the ground and kicked him. No serious injuries were reported.

JESSUP AREA
ASSAULTS

Jessup Rd., 2900 block, 1:06 a.m. March 25. A man was stabbed during a fight. A Jessup man, 23, was charged with attempted second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. No serious injuries were reported.

LAUREL AREA
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Laurel-Fort Meade Rd., 3600 block, 1 p.m. March 24. A 2005 Nissan was stolen. A Laurel man, 21, was charged with motor vehicle theft.

MILLERSVILLE AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Highland Dr., 300 block, 11:17 p.m. March 25. Two males tried to enter an apartment through a window, then fled empty-handed. A 20-year-old man of no fixed address and a Glen Burnie male, 15, were charged with burglary and related offenses.

ROBBERIES

Annapolis Mall, 2000 block, 8:22 p.m. March 23. A man robbed a business after passing a threatening note to a clerk.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Bens Dr., unit block, 3 a.m. March 24. Three bowling balls and two bags were stolen from a vehicle.

Cathedral St., 100 block, 12:30 to 1:15 a.m. March 23. A purse was stolen from a vehicle entered by breaking a window with a brick.

Fairfax Rd., 1900 block, 7 to 11 p.m. March 24. A hunting knife was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in an open garage.

Fairfax Rd., 1900 block, 1:30 p.m. March 24 to 2 p.m. March 25. Cash was stolen from two unlocked vehicles.

Fairfax Rd., 2000 block, 5 p.m. March 25 to 2 p.m. March 26. Electronics, a knife and cash were stolen from two vehicles.

Forest Dr., 2000 block, 2:30 to 6 a.m. March 19. A satellite radio and shoes were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Forest Dr., 2000 block, 5 p.m. March 20 to 7 a.m. March 21. Eight coils of metal wire and a tool belt were stolen from a work van.

Hilltop Lane, 200 block, 7 p.m. March 26 to 9:30 a.m. March 27. A Global Positioning System device was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Quiet Waters Pl., 100 block, 2:30 p.m. March 20. An unknown male knocked on the door of a residence and then attempted to enter, but was confronted by the homeowner and fled.

Sargent Ct., unit block, 8 a.m. March 24 to 7 a.m. March 27. A Global Positioning System device and cash were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

St. Mary’s St., 9:45 to 11:30 a.m. March 24. A cellphone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

West St., 1100 block, 11 p.m. March 25 to 7 a.m. March 26. Seven wheels and tires were stolen from three vehicles.

CLARKSVILLE AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Swing Ct., 6600 block, 10:30 p.m. March 25 to 9 a.m. March 26. A cellphone, a checkbook and bank statements were stolen from a residence. The bank statements were recovered in the 7300 block of Guilford Road.

COLUMBIA AREA
ROBBERIES

Cedar Lane, 5600 block, 2:30-4:30 p.m. March 26. A TV and a DVD player were stolen from a residence.

Columbia Rd., 4900 block, 12:50 a.m. March 21. While visiting a friend, an acquaintance grabbed a woman’s purse and fled with an accomplice. The purse was recovered a short time later, but cash was missing and the assailants had fled in a vehicle.

Little Patuxent Pkwy., 10400 block, 2:31 a.m. March 23. During an altercation with three people, a man robbed a person of a wallet and fled with two accomplices. An Odenton man, 25, was charged with three counts of robbery and one-count of second-degree assault.

Stevens Forest Rd., 5800 block, 9:06 p.m. March 31. A male entered a closed pizza-delivery business through an unlocked door, then threatened and robbed an employee.

Watchlight Ct., 9000 block, 3:13 a.m. March 28. Three people forced their way into a residence, then threatened an occupant and fled with a safe containing prescription medications and credit cards.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Columbia Rd., 4900 block, 5:45 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. March 20. A TV was stolen from a residence entered by removing a window.

Little Patuxent Pkwy., 10300 block, 12:50 a.m. March 23. Copper wire was stolen from a business.

Mystic Ct., 5400 block, noon to 9:40 p.m. March 21. A stereo and a camera were among property stolen from a residence entered through a back door.

Linthicum Rd., 4400 block, March 21. A 2013 Honda CRX250 was stolen.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Elderberry Ct., 6500 block, 8:50 p.m. March 23. An attempt was made to enter a residence by breaking a rear window. Nothing was reported missing.

Whisper Way, 5800 block, 12:30 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. March 27. An attempt was made to enter a residence by tampering with a door lock. Nothing was reported missing.

Wind Ride Way, 6300 block, 7:45 a.m. March 27. An attempt was made to enter a vacant residence. Nothing was reported missing.

Dorsey Run Rd.,7100 block, 5:41 p.m. March 26. A 2002 Buick Century vehicle was stolen.

Vert Dr., 6500 block, 9 p.m. March 20 to 6:26 a.m. March 21. A Corvette was stolen.

Montgomery Rd., 4200 block, 10:28 a.m. March 25. A man with a gun robbed a gas-station clerk of his cellphone, then fled with cash from the cash register.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Wayneridge St., 11700 block, 3 to 6 a.m. March 21. A cellphone and a purse were stolen from a residence.

GLENWOOD AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Sharp Rd., 4000 block, 8:29 p.m. March 23. Two male teenagers entered an open garage, then fled empty-handed when confronted. The homeowner said beer is kept in a refrigerator in the garage.

HANOVER AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Winters Lane, 6300 block, 2 to 9 p.m. March 19. Two power tools were stolen from a residence entered using a key stolen from a key box.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Washington Blvd., 8100 block, 6:30 p.m. March 24 to 7 a.m. March 25. Batteries and rims were stolen from a business.

LAUREL AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Washington Blvd., 10100 block, 2 to 9:10 a.m. March 27. Merchandise was stolen from a business entered by breaking a window with a rock.

MARRIOTSVILLE AREA

Anderson Hill St., 2300 block, 4:30 p.m. March 22 to 8 a.m. March 23. More than 50 windows were stolen from two residences under construction.

Old Frederick Rd., 8800 block, 7:19 a.m. March 25. A 200o Honda dirt bike was stolen from a shed entered by forcing a lock.
