ROBBERIES

Ballman and Townsend Avenues, 9:10 p.m. Oct. 18. Three teenagers threatened three pedestrians and demanded cash, then fled empty-handed.

EDGEWATER AREA

ROBBERIES

Solomons Island Rd., 3000 block, 1 a.m. Oct. 21. A male with a knife demanded cash from a clerk at a gas station. When the clerk was unable to comply, the male fled in a vehicle.

GAMBRILLS AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Defense Hwy., 1300 block, 4:04 a.m. Oct. 19. An ATM was removed from a convenience store entered by forcing a door. The damaged ATM was found in the parking lot, but nothing had been taken from it. Two males wearing masks were seen leaving the area in a vehicle.

GLEN BURNIE AREA

ASSAULTS

Rose Ave., 300 block, 11:31 p.m. Oct. 23. A man armed with a molotov cocktail and a knife forced his way into an apartment, threatened two occupants and tried to set a fire. An occupant that he forced from the apartment to a wooded area near a middle school was treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening. A Glen Burnie man, 51, was arrested on charges that included attempted murder, attempted arson, kidnapping, first- and second-degree assault, false imprisonment, reckless endangerment, burglary, and manufacture and possession of a destructive device.

PASADENA AREA

ASSAULTS

Magothy Beach Rd. and C St., Oct. 23. A patrol officer intervened in a dispute among three people, one of whom had made threats with a knife. A Pasadena man, 27, was found to be in possession of collectible coins and jewelry that had been stolen from a residence in the 600 block of C Street. He was arrested on charges that included first-degree assault, burglary and theft. A woman, 25, of no fixed address, was found to be in possession of stolen prescription medication. She was arrested on charges that included burglary, theft and narcotics possession.

SEVERN AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Annapolis Rd., 1600 block, 6:09 a.m. Oct. 19. Property was stolen from a gas station entered by force. An ATM was damaged, but nothing was stolen from it.

Bens Dr., 1-99 block, 5:30 p.m. Oct. 18 to 3 a.m. Oct. 19. A checkbook was stolen from a residence entered through a back door.

Bowman Dr., 1800 block, 7 to 8 p.m. Oct. 23. An unlocked bicycle was stolen from a playground.

Burnside St., 400 block, Oct. 14 to Oct. 20. A lawn mower was stolen from a yard at a residence.

Carver St., unit block, 1:45 p.m. Oct. 19. A residence was entered through a basement door. Nothing was reported missing.

Edgewood Rd., 7000 block, Oct. 21 to Oct. 22. A cargo trailer containing sails, tools and boating equipment was stolen from a storage lot.

Giddings Ave., 700 block, 7 a.m. Oct. 19. An attempt was made to enter a business using a sledgehammer. Nothing was reported missing.

Hearthstone Ct., unit block, 9 p.m. Oct. 23 to 10:30 a.m. Oct. 24. Tools were stolen from a work truck entered by breaking a window.

Hudson St., unit block, Oct. 18 to Oct. 22. Copper wiring was stolen from a work truck entered by breaking a door lock.

Madison St., 1100 block, 3:45 to 3:55 p.m. Oct. 23. A cellphone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Market Square, unit block, Oct. 4 to Oct. 14. An unlocked Trek Navigator bike was stolen from an alley.

President St., 200 block, 11:59 p.m. Oct. 19. A police officer detained a pedestrian carrying two large packages of paper towels. The property was determined to have been stolen from a residence. An Annapolis man, 51, was charged with burglary and theft.

Taylor Ave., 500 block, 3:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 20. A life-sized goat mascot was stolen from a vehicle.

Tiburon Ct., unit block, 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Oct. 18. An attempt was made to break into a residence by kicking in the front door. Nothing was reported missing.

West St., 1900 block, 7:45 p.m. Oct. 20. A man was seen loading tires into a vehicle at a business. An Edgewater man, 20, was arrested at the scene.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Edgewood Rd., 7000 block, 12:01 to 8 a.m. Oct. 22. A golf cart was stolen from in front of a service garage.

Trip Creek Ct., 600 block, Oct. 19 to Oct. 22. A blue 2006 Suzuki motorcycle was stolen from a shed.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Ballymore Lane, 6500 block, 7:30 a.m. Oct. 19 to 5 p.m. Oct. 20. Cash was stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked door.

Trotter Rd., 5800 block, 12:21 p.m. Oct. 22. A man entered an occupied residence and broke into a room on the second floor. A 44-year-old man was arrested at his nearby residence on charges of third- and fourth-degree burglary and trespassing.

Route 29, 8:35 a.m. Oct. 20. Two males threatened a pedestrian and tried to grab her purse. During a struggle, she was robbed of a cellphone from her pocket.

Swift Stream Pl., 10300 block, 12:30 a.m. Oct. 22. Three men threatened a man walking on a footpath and robbed him of a wallet, cigarettes and a lighter.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Lochridge Rd., 6400 block, Oct. 18 to Oct. 21. A safe containing cash and a diamond ring was stolen from a residence. There was no sign of forced entry.

Single Wheel Path, 7200 block, 8:20 a.m. to noon Oct. 23. A TV, a laptop computer, video game equipment, a camera, antique coins and jewelry were stolen from a residence entered through a rear window.

Swift Stream Pl., 10300 block, 8:26 a.m. Oct. 20. Three males seen in a hallway trying to break into apartments fled when confronted. Nothing was reported missing.

Thunder Hill Rd., 5600 block, 2:50 p.m. oct. 19. A vacant house was entered through a door. Nothing was reported missing.

Morningbird Lane, 5800 block, 11:15 a.m. Oct. 22. An all-terrain vehicle was stolen from a sport-utility vehicle entered by cutting a lock.

Ducketts Lane, 6500 block, 5:20 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Oct. 22. Cash was stolen from a residence entered by kicking in a door to a deck on the second floor.

Norris Lane, 6800 block, 2:30 to 5 p.m. Oct. 19. Cash, jewelry, a checkbook and a shotgun were stolen from a residence entered by breaking a back window with a concrete block.

Washington Blvd., 6200 block, 9:04 p.m. Oct. 24. A man who forced his way into a guest room at a motel was arrested while taking a shower. A 41-year-old man of no fixed address was charged with fourth-degree burglary.

Chateau Ridge Rd., 3700 block, noon Oct. 19 to 9 a.m. Oct. 24. A Schwinn bicycle was stolen from a garage.

Greenhaven Ct., 3000 block, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 18. A TV, computers and video game systems were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked sliding-glass door.

Fall Chill Ct., 8300 block, 11:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Oct. 23. Jewelry was stolen from a residence entered by kicking in the front door.

Stansway Ct., 2800 block, 10:30 p.m. Oct. 18. An attempt was made to steal property from a vehicle in an open garage. The intruder fled empty-handed when confronted.

Sybert Dr., 9100 block, 11 a.m. to 2:28 p.m. Oct. 19. Rings were stolen from a residence entered by breaking glass near the front door.

Town and Country, 8700 block, 2:10 a.m. Oct. 22. A market was entered by kicking in a side door. Nothing was reported missing.

Waterloo Rd., 7700 block, 3:30 p.m. Oct. 20. An attempt was made to enter a warehouse by kicking a plywood door. The intruder fled on a dirt bike when confronted by workers.

Montgomery Rd., 6500 block, 6:59 a.m. Oct. 23. A silver 2003 Saturn Ion was stolen. It was recovered after being involved in an accident in Prince George’s County.

Washington Blvd., 10100 block, 1:45 a.m. Oct. 25. A man robbed a motel clerk of cash at gunpoint, then fled with a male accomplice.

Dapper Town Row, 9600 block, 7:01 p.m. Oct. 20. Three people entered an occupied residence by breaking glass near the front door. The intruders fled empty-handed when confronted.

Doves Fly Way, 8700 block, 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. Oct. 18. Jewelry and two video game consoles were stolen from a residence entered by kicking in a basement door.

Kings Post Ct., 9300 block, noon Oct. 20 to 8 a.m. Oct. 22. A lawn mower, a chain saw, a power washer, a weed trimmer and a tool box were stolen from an unlocked shed.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

Corridor Rd., 8500 block, 8:18 a.m. Oct. 22. An attempt was made to steal a vehicle by damaging the ignition.

Foxborough Dr., 8500 block, 2:44 a.m. Oct. 24. A purple-and-blue 1997 Plymouth Voyager was stolen.

Route 32 and Washington Blvd., 4 p.m. Oct. 24. A black 2004 Ford Taurus was stolen.

WEST FRIENDSHIP AREA

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Frederick Rd., 12700 block, 1:25 a.m. Oct. 24. An ATM was stolen from a convenience store entered by breaking a window. A short time later, a motorist fled from a van stopped by police on Route 40 near the Baltimore County line. The stolen ATM was in the vehicle, which had been reported stolen in Prince George’s County.
